Professional Experience

I currently serve as the Senior Human Resources Sergeant for the 340th Military Police Battalion, where I lead a team of 13 HR professionals and oversee personnel services for over 600 employees. My role involves advising the Battalion Commander on strategic decisions, developing command policies, and managing transitions to new HR systems.

Previously, I contributed to the 3rd Battalion (SC), 80th Regiment, where I enhanced the instructor population by 40% and served as the Master Resiliency Trainer. My earlier roles include providing HR support for the 889th Quartermaster Company and Divisions Maintenance Group, where I managed complex logistics and facilities services.
