- Serves as the senior manager of the Battalion level Human Resources department. Provides oversight of force management, personnel accountability, strength reporting, personnel information management, essential personnel services and HR planning and operations for 600+ employees. Primary advisor to the Commander on all Human Resources and Human Capitol.
- Develops new training programs and responsible for over 150 hours of training annually as lead trainer on topics to include employee resiliency, talent management programs, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and technical skill training.
- Responsible for the creation and compliance of all command policies to encompass executive direction on programs such as sexual harassment prevention and response, equal opportunity, open door policies, substance abuse prevention, workplace violence, disaster response and new employee sponsorship coordination.
